  • Resend — used to send confirmation and update emails. Your email address and name are passed to Resend solely for this purpose.
  • Google Sheets — used to store application submissions securely. Form data is written to a private Google Sheet accessible only to BidPilot.

These providers process your data only as directed by us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
