By accessing and using BidPilot ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Early Access
BidPilot is currently in an early access phase and is not yet commercially available. By submitting this form, you are expressing interest in joining a founding cohort. Submission does not guarantee access or create any contractual obligation on either party. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
3. Services Provided
BidPilot provides software designed for painting contractors to pre-qualify inbound leads before on-site estimate visits. It does not generate or source leads on behalf of contractors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by BidPilot, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will BidPilot, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our website or services.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
